Bittermilk No.8 Margarita Rosato is a non-alcoholic mixer that honors the proportions of a margarita, but is built with Italian blood orange and lime with subtle hints of gentian, rhubarb and orange peel, reminiscent of a classic Italian Aperitivo.

Bittermilk Margarita Rosato mixes beautifully with tequila, however it truly shines when mixed simply as a non-alcoholic spritz with soda water and ice. A complex, satisfying non-alcoholic cocktail has never been so simple to make.

Recipe

For a Margarita, vigorously shake Equal Parts Bittermilk Margarita Rosato and Tequila with lots of ice. Garnish with a lime.

For a Spritz, mix 1 Part Bittermilk Margarita Rosato with 2 Parts Soda Water or Sparkling Wine over ice. Garnish with an orange peel.
